Vias de Luanda
Almost 20 years after a destructive civil war, Angola's capital still suffers from obsolete and degraded infrastructure. This project repaired and modernized 20 parks, nine avenues, 15 streets and accompanying infrastructure, directly benefiting 150,000 inhabitants of the city of Luanda.
