Plano Urbanístico Empreendimento Costa Esmeralda

The area where the "Empreendimento Costa Esmeralda" will be developed is located next to the BR-101 highway and Governador Celso Ramos Avenue, which gives access to the center of Porto Belo. The plan has a concept of diversified occupation, aiming to create an urban center integrated with the municipality, respecting the guidelines of municipal planning and with an estimated population at the end of its implementation of 17,647 inhabitants.
