André Fialho

André Gustavo Reis Fialho is a civil engineer (1977) and safety engineer (1978) graduated from the Federal University of Paraná, specialist in project management from FAE - Faculty of Administration and Economics (2006), owner of AGKF engineering services, and consultant for Jaime Lerner Urban Planning and Jaime Lerner Arquitetos Associados. With 44 years of professional experience, André has extensive experience in the design, development and implementation of public transportation and mobility infrastructure projects, having participated in the design and implementation of dozens of Integrated Transportation Systems, BRT Systems and Mobility Plans in Brazilian cities and abroad. André also has extensive experience in the management and operation of these systems, having held several leadership positions related to transport at the Curitiba City Hall/IPPUC (1980s and 1990s), at URBS (1989-90) and at COMEC (2014-15), in addition to having coordinated the privatization group of state highways in Paraná (1995-98) and served as an advisor to the National Agency for Public Transport - ANTP (1987-89).
