Preliminary proposals (Study 1 -2003; Study 2 - 2010) for the revitalization and reuse of the "Matte Leão" industry court in Curitiba, creating a new meeting place for the population, through the implementation of commerce, hotels, offices, gastronomy, market and educational equipment.
