Quartier Pelotas

The development, located in an urban void of the Municipality of Pelotas, the third largest city in the state, aims to constitute, among its 300,000 m², a new complete and organized centrality to welcome a significant part of the population expected in the economic development of the region, incorporating in its limits all the uses and activities that characterize the city ambience. The Quartier will integrate the sustainable development strategy based on the implementation of a planned neighborhood, with elements of innovation and vanguard that will offer a reference of quality of urban life.
