Masterplan Conceitual

The conceptual Masterplan for this large gleba in Palmas - TO contemplates adjustments to the original city plan, maintaining its basic principles and its orthogonal structure, combined with the formulation of innovative ideas and concepts of occupation. The proposal lists and defines the premises and parameters of occupation of the area aiming to bring the scale of urban occupation closer to that of its users, creating green, shaded and shorter paths; areas for parks and squares close to residential occupation areas; active facades in the main road system with commercial and mixed uses; and above all, the great urban equipment that will be the Palmas Waterfront Park.
