Diretrizes Preliminares de Desenvolvimento Urbano para a Cidade de Durango

Victoria de Durango (500,000 inhabitants) is the capital of the State of Durango, located in the north of Mexico. It is a city that stands out for the preservation of its historic center, its rich cultural heritage and the natural beauty that surrounds it. Due to a set of conjunctural factors it is experiencing a process of accelerated growth. The work developed comprises Preliminary Guidelines for Growth and Development of the city, integrated with a Conceptual Plan for Urban Mobility, with emphasis on public transportation, and a set of Strategic Projects - Urban Acupunctures - focusing on key aspects for improving the quality of life of the resident population.
