This proposal was designed for Tokyo, capital of Japan. It focused along an area of about 2km length along railway tracks that were deactivated.

The guiding principal of the proposal was to “invisibly sew” back together the urban tissue that was sectioned by the railway, recovering the original connections and creating a high quality public space were commerce, leisure, green areas and housing can be integrated.
