The project, located in an urban emptiness of the Municipality of Pelotas, third largest city of the state of Rio Grande do Sul, in Brazil, aims to constitute, among its 300,000 m², a new centrality complete and organized to welcome a significant part of the expected population quota in the economic development of the region, incorporating within its limits all the uses and activities that characterize the city environment. The Quartier will integrate the strategy of sustainable development by the implantation of a planned neighborhood, with elements of innovation and vanguard that will offer a reference of quality of urban life.
