Preliminary Guidelines for Oaxaca de Juarez Region and Adjacent Municipalities – Oaxaca de Juarez is the capital of Oaxaca State, southwest Mexico and it is a World’s Heritage Site, by Unesco. The project contains transport and urban growth guidelines, as well as strategic projects (urban acupunctures) that were presented to the City. The project also comprised a proposal for an Integrated Transit System.
