The “Costa Esmeralda Development” is located along the BR-101 and Avenida Governador Celso Ramos, which gives access to the center of Porto Belo. The plan establishes a concept of mixed-use occupation in order to create a true new urban centrality, integrated with the municipality, following the guidelines of municipal planning and an estimated population of 17,647 inhabitants.
