Conceptual study for the revitalization of the Central Railroad Patio, with an area of 240,000 m2 and constructive potential of 580,000 m2. Contemplates the creation of a ‘new center’, which houses all activities and urban functions (cultural, commercial, business, residential, educational, institutional and recreational), inserted in the current urban center and in city’s mobility network.

Carlos Gomes Venue – Retrofit study of the main building of the Central Railroad Patio of Campinas, which houses the railroad garage that would be transformed into a major cultural anchor in the city – the Carlos Gomes Venue. Maintaining and enhancing its constructive characteristics, spatial features, the proposed intervention, in addition to honoring one of the leading local personalities, aims to be a multi-purpose venue, flexible and adaptable to various manifestations and artistic and cultural events.
Espaço Carlos Gomes – Estudo de reciclagem da principal edificação existente no Pátio Central de Campinas, que abriga oficina de trens e que seria transformada em uma grande âncora cultural da cidade – o Espaço Carlos Gomes. Mantendo e valorizando todas as suas características construtivas, o espaço, além de homenagear um dos principais personalidades locais, pretende ser um local multiuso, flexível e adaptável a diversas manifestações e eventos artísticos e culturais.
