The Conceptual Occupation Plan elaborated aimed at articulating, in a coherent manner, the Barra da Tijuca with the other compartments of the city, focusing on environmental and mobility aspects. It comprised short term interventions in the neighborhood scale, highlighting aspects of sustainability, diversity and urban design. The proposals seek to foster the diversity of built typologies, uses, income levels, the creation of higher density nucleos to generate local synergy and centrality references.
